Loyalty Cards

By using our loyalty program, you consent to the terms of this agreement.

Once you receive 10 stamps, you are entitled to one free small or regular pasta of your choice.

The free meal will be discounted from the lesser value pasta of your order.

Loyalty cards must be stamped at time of purchase.

One stamp per full priced small or regular pasta.

Can not be used for trays of pasta, discounted pasta or in conjunction with any other offer.

Stamps are not transferrable from card to card.

Stamps are not redeemable for cash.

Pastagogo reserve the right to not accept any loyalty cards should they believe that the use is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.

Pastagogo reserves the right to discontinue it's loyalty program at any time.

Gift Cards

​

By purchasing, redeeming, or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you: accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

eGift Cards may take up to 24 hours to be valid and may not be redeemable immediately after purchase. 

​

Gift cards can only be used for instore purchases and cannot be used with any third-party delivery or ordering partners.

​

Gift Cards should be treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

​

Pastagogo Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

You may be required to produce identification at the time of redeeming your Gift Card. If you are unable to provide identification Pastagogo may elect to not accept the Gift Card as payment until you are able to do so.

Pastagogo reserve the right to not accept any Gift Cards should they believe that the use is unauthorised, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.

Online Ordering

​

By using our online ordering platform, you: accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

You may be required to produce identification at the time of collecting your online order. If you are unable to provide identification Pastagogo may elect to not handover any goods until identification can be provided. If identification cannot be provided and we elect not to handover goods, a full refund of the purchase will be credited to the original credit card used at time of making the online order.

Pastagogo reserve the right to not accept any pre paid orders should they believe that the use is unauthorised, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.
